Message So I rebuilt the entire a/c: flushed all lines, low mileage compresor that works, all new green O-rings, new condensor, drier, fittings. Lubed the O-rings before install, and new oil in system.

Vaccum tested system with ac manifold, system held -30 hg.
QUESTION IS: after over 24 hrs of holding that vaccum, the gauge came up just a tad, to maybe ~-29 hg. The needle barely moved.

I know people don't usually test it that long, but, is this significant enough to think that the system is leaking?
Will a positive pressure charge of r134 hold under this condition?

I Charged the system with small amount of r134 and dye kit ran it. Upon the UV test No dye anywhere in the bay or condenser area. ONLY place I have not serviced is inside the car at the evaporator. What are some suggestions?
